Challenge
Managing a large and diverse fleet across multiple sites presented Guy’s and St Thomas’ with challenges in consolidating and interpreting data from different systems. Key issues included fragmented reporting, time-consuming data collation and limited visibility over fuel and energy performance. The team needed a solution that would integrate multiple data sources into a single, easy-to-use platform to streamline analysis and reporting.
Solution
Fleevo was introduced to help centralise and automate Guy’s and St Thomas’ performance reporting. The system integrated various data sources, enabling the Trust to generate consolidated dashboards that provide a clear overview of fleet activity.
The platform has also supported smoother fuel management through its Fuel and Energy Management System, enabling teams to manage fuel and energy issues by exception. As a result, colleagues have been able to free up time previously spent on manual data analysis.
Results
While it’s still early to quantify the full return on investment, the impact has been positive in terms of operational efficiency.
